“One of the main reasons we selected Kirchman Construction Co. to renovate our office building was their reputation for hands-on management and attention to details. In addition, Ronnie had great credentials and he came across as someone that could communicate easily. Ronnie was very creative at solving problems that came out during the renovation. For example, he resolved a potentially thorny issue with ADA requirements by suggesting that pavers be installed outside the main entry door to compensate for a difference in floor height and bring the floor level on both sides of the threshold. Beyond completing the job on time, Ronnie was eager to do his best and to look for the best option for my budget.
